William Hendriksen
Dr. William Hendriksen (1900-1982) served as a pastor for years and as a professor of New Testament at Calvin Theological Seminary from 1942 to 1952. He started the New Testament Commentary and completed commentaries on half of the New Testament books before his death.
Simon Kistemaker
Dr. Simon J. Kistemaker (1930–2017) was professor emeritus of New Testament at Reformed Theological Seminary. He is author of several books, including The Parables: Understanding the Stories Jesus Told and contributions to the New Testament Commentary Series.
